Teen/Adult Ballet Barre Class

The Teen/Adult Ballet Barre classes are offered to those 12+ years and older. These classes are very encouraging, safe, supportive, and great for getting back into shape.  A continuing learning experience. No need to feel self conscious. You do not need to have dance experience to take part in this class.This ballet class is a discipline on it’s own that provides postural focus, muscle strength and control as well as learning the beauty of lines based that the Cecchetti method has to offer. Moving with grace and fluidity. If you enjoy moving you will enjoy this class!A great artistic outlet
