Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed steps to form a fitness party atmosphere. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. Zumba is a fun way to apply cardio and fitness into your weekly routine while enjoying these great dance movements and music!

Zumba Strong

This 45-minute session includes high-intensity cardio and muscle-conditioning exercises that are synced to the beat of the music. This class is devoted to all ages and levels offering modifications for your fitness level.

Target Toning

The Target Toning class is a high intensity workout that will push your limits! This class consists of anaerobic exercises that tone and increase muscle strength, as well as explosive movements that will also produce stamina and endurance. Free weights, stretch bands, Fit balls and Steps are used for “Full Body” strengthening and toning as well as body weight exercises. You are encouraged to go at your own pace. We offer alternative exercises that are safe for all fitness levels. This class is great for weight loss and calorie burning! You will see results by adding this to your work out regime.
